Please note, that when access is given to financial documents, no further restriction can be configured. A ales Manager has either access to all types of financial documents he can view/edit or to none of them.
Senior Managers
The group of Senior Managers consists of all employees that are part of the management of the company. By default they have access to all corporate information, which includes financial information.
Customer
Customers are employees of your customers, that you want to manage in the first place to keep track of relevant customer contact. In case you do not plan to integrate your customer employees in your processes (extended company model), they will not be informed about their registration.
By default members of the group customer have very limited permissions, allowing them only to access their user data.
